What Does Padel Court Construction Involve?
Padel court construction has two distinct phases. Construction covers the civil works — an engineer-designed concrete foundation, drainage and pre-buried electrical cabling, delivered by your local contractor. Instalo is the assembly of the court structure itself: steel frame, mesh, lighting, tempered glass and net.
Every PanoCourt court is a fully bolted system — no on-site welding — so a local steel or fencing crew can complete the installation using our drawings and remote support.

BEFORE THE CONTAINER ARRIVES
What Site Preparation Is Required?
Installation can only begin once the foundation, drainage and cabling are complete. This is the pre-installation checklist we send every client:
- Foundation: perimeter ring beam (~30×30 to 40×40 cm) or reinforced slab 15–25 cm, min. 21 × 11 m — engineer-designed
- Surface tolerance: ±6 mm under a 3 m straightedge
- Clear height: ≥6 m over the whole court; 8 m over the net line for competition or canopy
- Electrical: pre-buried cable to each light pole position, conduit ≥450 mm deep
- Drainage: porous build-up or 0.5–1% fall with perimeter drains (outdoor)
- Access: forklift or crane access for a 40' container unload
Foundation, drainage and electrical design must be signed off by a licensed local engineer. PanoCourt supplies base-plate layouts, anchor positions, structure weights and the maximum design windspeed as engineering input.

How Is a Padel Court Installed?
The exact 8-stage sequence from the installation drawings and manual shipped with every court.
01 · Site Layout & Marking
Mark the 20.47 × 10.47 m footprint with corner lines and centre line on the finished slab.
02 · Unpacking & Sub-Assembly
Label every component, then pre-assemble the 10 m and 20 m crossbeam groups on the ground.
03 · Main Frame Erection
Corner posts, light poles, crossbeams, mesh frames and doors — all M10 bolted connections.
04 · Squaring & Anchoring
Align and plumb the full frame, then fix expansion anchors through the flange plates into the slab.
05 · Upper Mesh & Lamp Arms
Mount luminaires and route cables through the poles to the pre-buried underground supply.
06 · Tempered Glass
Rubber gaskets top and bottom, glass on the inside face — glass never touches bare steel.
07 · Net & Net Posts
Tension the net to 905 ± 5 mm at the ends and 865 ± 5 mm at the centre.
08 · Electrical & Commissioning
Sub-breaker per court, RCD for multi-court sites, all joints sealed in UV-resistant conduit.
Two safety rules from our manual: tempered glass must never contact bare steel — always gasket or foam-tape the joint — and every electrical connection must be fully enclosed and weatherproofed.

How Long Does It Take?
One court takes an experienced crew of 4 around 3–5 days after the foundation has cured. A first-time local crew should allow 5–7 days with our remote video support.
Typical end-to-end timeline: 25–30 days production at our factory, plus sea freight to your port, plus groundworks (which run in parallel with production and shipping), then installation.
