Our Case
Classic Padel Court Case
PanoCourt manufactures both the Classic and Full Panoramic padel court models. The right choice depends on your project goals, budget, venue type, and target audience.
Classic Padel Court FAQ
The padel court construction cost for a PanoCourt Classic depends on specification and quantity. A single Classic court — including structure, tempered glass, turf, LED lighting, and net — ranges from USD 18,000 to USD 30,000 FOB from our factory. Shipping, site base preparation, and installation add to total project cost. For multi-court projects (4+), volume pricing applies. Contact us for a detailed quote specific to your location and spec.
The FIP official padel court dimensions are 20m (length) × 10m (width) × 4m (height) — identical for both Classic and panoramic models. The playing area is the same; the difference is in the wall configuration (glass vs. mesh). PanoCourt builds to these exact FIP-certified dimensions as standard, with custom sizes available for non-standard spaces.
The Classic padel court features 12mm tempered glass on the rear walls and corner sections, with PVC-coated wire mesh on the upper side walls — matching the FIP standard used in all professional tournaments globally. The Full Panoramic model replaces most mesh sections with full-height glass, providing 360° visibility. Classic courts are more cost-effective, more wind-resistant, and better suited for branding. Panoramic courts offer a premium visual experience and suit showcase facilities.
From order confirmation to shipping, factory production typically takes 21–35 days. Once your concrete base is prepared and the container arrives on site, installation with a 4-person crew takes 3–5 days for a single Classic padel court. Multi-court projects scale linearly — a 6-court project typically completes in 12–15 working days of on-site installation. PanoCourt provides a day-by-day installation schedule as part of the project documentation.
Yes. The Classic padel court is available in both outdoor and indoor configurations. Indoor versions typically omit the lower mesh sections (replaced with solid panels for acoustic control) and may use lower-height LED mast structures optimized for hall ceiling heights. PanoCourt’s engineering team will assess your hall dimensions and provide a modified specification for indoor installation.
Yes. PanoCourt Classic courts are built to FIP (Federación Internacional de Pádel) dimensional and material standards. The court can be used for FIP-sanctioned recreational and amateur competition events. For higher-level FIP competition certification, additional requirements apply (minimum 750 lux lighting, specific fencing zones) — PanoCourt can supply competition-specification packages.
A padel court requires a level concrete or asphalt base, minimum 150mm thick, with a 1:100 drainage gradient to prevent water pooling. The base must be fully cured before the court structure is bolted down. PanoCourt provides full base specification drawings with every order — these can be given directly to your local civil contractor for base preparation while your court is in production.
PanoCourt courts are designed for professional installation and come with a comprehensive step-by-step manual and video guide. Buyers with construction experience and the right lifting equipment (a 5-tonne forklift or crane is required for glass panels) can self-install. We recommend using a qualified local contractor. Our technical team is available via WhatsApp, video call, and on-site (for select projects) throughout the installation process.
