THE BUSINESS MODEL

One Court. Many Locations.

The mobile padel court is built for operators developing a business concept where the court moves regularly between different locations and events. Instead of committing to one fixed venue, a single court generates revenue across a rotating circuit of high-traffic sites — while the steel plate base protects every surface it lands on.

USE CASES

Where Can a Mobile Padel Court Be Used?

Anywhere with a flat, level, load-bearing surface. Because the steel plate base requires no ground drilling, the court can be removed and the original surface returned undamaged.

Hotel & Resor

Seasonal padel programs for guests without permanent construction, permits or drilling. Relocate the court when the season ends.

Malls & Commercial Centers

Short-term activations in parking areas and plazas. The steel base sits on the finished surface — the pavement is returned undamaged.

Municipalities & Public Spaces

Community padel programs rotating between parks, squares and waterfronts on 1–3 month cycles.

Events & Tournaments

Exhibition matches, brand activations and corporate events. We install and dismantle courts for padel events ourselves.

PRODUCT FEATURES

What Makes a Mobile Padel Court Different from a Fixed Court?

A fixed padel court is anchored into a concrete foundation. A mobile padel court is anchored to its own engineered steel base — the ground stays untouched and the whole system relocates as one unit. As a portable padel court manufacturer, PanoCourt engineers every component for the transport cycle, not just the first installation.

No Ground Drilling

The court structure bolts to the steel plate base instead of the existing surface. Ideal for rented land, finished pavement, rooftops and heritage sites.

Perimeter Steel Plate Base

26 powder-coated steel plates (2,000 × 500 mm) form a perimeter ring that distributes court loads for a stable, non-invasive installation.

4–6 Hour Assembly

A four-person experienced crew completes installation or dismantling in approximately 4–6 hours — no crane required on site.

Designed for Repeated Cycles

Engineered for repeated installation, dismantling and relocation. Spare parts replaceable; steel components can be repainted or swapped.

One Truck, One Court

The complete court and mobile base pack into approximately 10.5 CBM — one truck, or one 20-foot container for export.

Customizable Plate Thickness

Steel base plates available in 10 mm, 12 mm and 14 mm to match project loads, transport budgets and site conditions.

TECHNICAL DATA

Mobile Padel Court Specifications

The steel plate mobile base system supports one standard 20 m × 10 m panoramic padel court. The perimeter ring arrangement distributes court loads across the base footprint — a stable, non-invasive alternative to drilled foundations.

Base plates are available in 10 mm, 12 mm and 14 mm thicknesses. Thicker plates add stability for exposed sites; thinner plates cut transport weight for frequent rotation.

Site note: No drilling does not remove the need for site assessment. Wind, sliding, overturning, bearing capacity, drainage and permits should be confirmed by qualified local professionals.

INSTALLATION PROCESS

How Is a Mobile Padel Court Installed?

01

02

Bolt the Structure

Posts and mesh frames fix directly to the base plates — zero contact with the existing ground.

03

Set the Glass

Panels positioned safely with a glass handling trolley. Forklift needed only for truck unloading.

04

Play in 4–6 Hours

Net, turf and lighting complete the court the same day it arrives on site.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Mobile Padel Court — FAQ

Dismantling and packing can typically be completed by a four-person experienced crew within approximately 4–6 hours, subject to the final court configuration and site conditions. Glass panels are packed into protective packages ready for forklift loading onto the truck.

Reinstallation also takes approximately 4–6 hours with a four-person experienced crew. Because the steel plate base requires no ground drilling, there is no curing time and no civil works — the mobile padel court can be ready for play the same day it arrives on site.

A crew of four experienced workers is sufficient for both installation and dismantling. PanoCourt provides installation instructions and drawings, and our team regularly installs and dismantles courts for padel events, so we can advise your local crew on the fastest sequence.

No crane is required at any stage. A forklift is needed only for loading and unloading the packed glass packages from the truck. During on-site installation, a glass handling trolley is used to move and position the glass panels safely.

Glass panels are removed and packed in dedicated protective packages. Steel frames, mesh panels and the base plates are dismantled into flat, stackable components. This keeps the packing volume to approximately 10.5 CBM and protects all finished surfaces during repeated relocations.

The complete panoramic court weighs approximately 6 tonnes and the steel plate mobile base approximately 3.7 tonnes — around 9.7 tonnes in total. The estimated packing volume is approximately 10.5 CBM, with final packing dimensions confirmed in the container loading plan.

Yes. One suitably rated truck can carry one complete mobile base and padel court system. For international shipping, the complete set loads into a single 20-foot container, subject to final packing dimensions and loading confirmation in the Proforma Invoice.

The system is a bolt-together steel plate base rather than a wheeled platform. Relocation speed comes from its engineering: no ground drilling, flat stackable plates, forklift-ready glass packages and a 4–6 hour assembly sequence — a simpler, more durable approach than hydraulic mechanisms.

The system is designed for repeated installation and dismantling. With proper maintenance, individual spare parts can be replaced when required. If the steel structure shows corrosion after years of outdoor cycles, components can be repainted or replaced, supported by factory spare parts.

The steel plate mobile base system is USD 5,600 per set, FOB China. The panoramic court structure is quoted separately and is available in different specifications and glass-thickness options. Contact PanoCourt with your project details for a complete FOB or CIF padel court price.
