THE PRODUCT
What Is a Padel Court Canopy?
A padel court canopy is a permanent arched roof structure built over a padel court — the protection of an indoor facility at 60–80% less cost than a conventional building. Unlike temporary padel court covers or inflatable domes, our steel-framed padel court roof is a fixed, engineered structure: hot-galvanized steel arch trusses, a tensioned 750 g/m² PVC membrane and integrated LED sports lighting.
For club owners, the canopy solves the biggest revenue problem in outdoor padel: cancelled bookings. Every time slot stays playable — rain or shine, summer or winter — without the permits, construction time and cost of an indoor hall.
PanoCourt supplies the canopy as a complete system: a standalone roof for your existing court, or an integrated package with our panoramic padel courts, engineered to match from day one.

APPLICATIONS
Where a Padel Court Roof Makes the Difference
Padel & Tennis Clubs
Stop losing bookings to weather. Covered outdoor courts earn 365 days a year and support fixed weekly memberships. The same structure works as a tennis court canopy for multi-sport facilities.
Hotels & Resorts
In hot destinations, an open court is unplayable at midday. A shaded padel court cover extends playable hours, protects guests from UV and adds a striking architectural feature.
Rainy & Coastal Regions
From Northern Europe to Southeast Asia, rainfall is the number one barrier to outdoor padel. Our zinc-rich primer plus powder-coating treatment is developed for humid and coastal climates.
Events & Commercial Venues
The keder membrane allows branded roof printing; the free-span design gives clean sightlines for spectators, cameras and sponsors — ideal for tournaments and rooftop courts.
Compared with an indoor hall, a padel court canopy costs 60–80% less, installs in days instead of months, and requires far simpler permitting. Compared with cheap temporary covers, a welded steel truss canopy is a long-term asset — engineered wind and snow load, a multi-year 750 g membrane, and structural steel protected by factory powder coating.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
From Drawing to Container
Five steps. One accountable partner for the court and its roof.
1 · Site & Climate Assessment
Send your location, court dimensions and site photos. Our engineers check wind speed, rainfall and snow load to select the right steel sections and coating for your region.
2 · Design & 3D Preview
Span, height, membrane color and branding adapted to your project — single court, twin courts under one roof, or retrofit. You approve 3D renders and full CAD drawings before production.

ANSWERS
FAQ PADEL COURT CANOPY
The price depends on span, height, wind and snow load requirements, membrane grade, and whether it is a standalone roof or an integrated court-plus-canopy package. As a direct China padel court factory, PanoCourt typically delivers a complete engineered canopy at a fraction of the cost of European suppliers or indoor construction. Send us your court size and location for an exact quotation within 24 hours.
Yes. The canopy is engineered as a free-standing structure with its own foundations outside the court footprint, so it can be retrofitted over most existing courts without modifying the court itself. We only need your court dimensions and site photos to confirm the design.
The standard design uses 100×50×2.75 mm welded steel trusses with scissor bracing and is engineered to regional load requirements. For high-wind, heavy-snow or coastal locations we adjust tube sections, bracing density and anchoring, and apply zinc-rich primer with powder coating for corrosion protection.
Yes. The ridge clearance is 8.5 meters — above the recommended minimum for competitive padel — so lobs and bandeja shots are never restricted by the roof.
Standard production time is 3–4 weeks after drawing approval, plus sea freight to your port. All components ship in standard containers with installation manuals, numbered parts and loading photos.
No. The 750 g membrane is white on both faces with a black interlayer — it blocks direct sun and glare while keeping the court bright during the day. For evening play, 8 × 200 W LED sports floodlights are integrated into the structure.
Yes — this is our specialty. PanoCourt manufactures panoramic padel courts and canopy roof systems in the same factory, so you receive one integrated design, one container plan and one point of contact for the entire project.
